Deleting beneficiaries

I transfered money to an FNB account which i have done for past seven yrs and i know the account is active. Then suddenly i get an sms from standard bank saying beneficiary has been deleted account doesnt exist ...should i be worried or is that actually the bank which deleted the beneficiary
