Impossible to get info on forex branches

1. Website links incorrecy
2. Calling call Centre gives useless options to find a forex branch.
3. Closed forex branches advertised as open when they do not exist (Northgate)
4. Call Centre options drag on with no option to get to person for assistance.
Pretty rubbish all round just means investments delayed and very bad impression re current and future service.
