Hi.. I am very confused, family from Portugal sent me some money today and he forwarded me the proof of payment, on it my name and account number is correct but the bank he entered is standard chartered bank.. Does this mean that the money is now lost in another bank that's not even standard bank? Please can someone clear this up for me?
