Dear customer service office
Im really frustrated as I am in the UK and have made several attempts to get my account to be unfrozen , my acc no is 147530024 , having sent my documents, utility bill and Id doc with my cousin to the branch but rejected as I was not there , she was advised that I need to send an email which is why I am sending this alert . The app is not that friendly when u are using it outside SA !
My branch is Newcastle.
Can my the account will be unfrozen by my branch .
