I just viewed my statement and have picked up an irregular debit order for small amounts to TMB Pay. Has anyone else come across this? I have contacted standard bank but am awaiting their response. Their call-me-back option om the site is also on cost-saving and does not work.

Please be advised that you may contact our customer care service should you need assistance with an unauthorised debit order on your account. The consultants can assist you with loading a stop payment for the debit order amount whilst you are in the process of cancelling the debit order. You may contact us on 0860 101 341 to request that an unauthorized debit order be reversed but this needs to be done within 45 days of the debit order date.

I just checked my bank statement as I needed to download proof of payments. I saw three unknown debit orders on my statement for February and March 2021 for TMB Pay. Does any one know who this is as I do not have idea of this. Please assist if any one experienced the same problem.
