There is no cards section on my app
Pls assist asap
As previous posters have said above, there is no cards section in my app either. I do have the latest version

The EAP limit changes can only be done on the new internet banking.
The Card section on the app is found on the page where you manage your dashboards.

i have been trying to change it with the new app but i fail coz it freezes wen i try to press next

When I change the eap limit it always say technical error try later

You need to go into a branch to increase your EAP limit from 0. After this initial in branch limit increase, you will be able to manage/increase your limit in the app.
the is no highlighted card but both my cards apear credit and cheque by when I increase EAP it's keep telling me service not available currently and I'm not in RSA currently

Your EAP limits are currently set to 0. If your EAP limit is currently 0 they will need to go to the branch to increase it. This restriction has been added for security reasons and applies to all customers.
There is an issue in the Android version of the app which results in that generic “technical exception” type error message being displayed in this scenario but the root cause is that you are trying to increase your limit from 0.

When I try to change my limit it tells service temporary unavailable.When I call, I get asked security questions, I answer and I fail.
It baffles me because, i have no accounts, some of the companies/shops I've never heard of and I manage to fail the "test".
I live and work abroad, now how does one fix this cause not like I can just walk into a standard bank here.
Besides, what's the point of having the option on the app if it never works???

I tried all steps but it says I have to go to my nearest branch for security purposes. I did that it only increased for a few hours than afterwards it was back to R0. 00 so what shall I do now?
