I'm having a nightmare trying to log into my banking details. I'm a senior citizen and was rudly attended to yesterday, All I want to do is pay my monthly accounts.

Please can someone help me. I held on for over an hour yesterday and Pandiwe was absolutely useless, HELP ME

How do I send a secure message to my banker asking her to contact me on the standard bank app? This service seems to have disappeared and the WhatsApp messaging line is useless - 48 hour with no response!
