What problem are you running into when attempting to buy electricity? We would like to check into this more because there haven't been any reported problems with prepaid cards as of yet.

On Saturday my daughter used the app to purchase electricity and was not successful. Her friend purchased it using the capitec app. Yesterday I tried 4x and was not successful. Eventually my wife purchased it using the nedbank app. Basically after putting in all the details and then confirming the purchase, you get a message saying the transaction was not successful due to a technical error and it asks you to try again later.

Why is there an issue to purchase electricity on the app. This has been like this from the 1st. Is anyone else having the same issue.
