To pay from the Standard Bank app to a Mukuru account, you can follow these steps:
- Open the Standard Bank app on your device.
- Navigate to the payments section or the option for making a new payment.
- Choose the option for making a new payment.
- Select the option for making a payment to a beneficiary or account.
- Input the details of the Mukuru account you wish to pay, including the recipient's name, Mukuru account number, and any other required information.
- Enter the amount you wish to pay.
- Review the payment details to ensure accuracy.
Kindly take note also from Mukuru. Payments can be made to Mukuru by transferring money to our bank accounts using the online banking or telephone banking options offered by your bank account.
Please remember to quote your order number as the reference so that we can track and match your payment.
- Confirm the payment and authorise it using your preferred authentication method (such as a PIN or biometric verification).
