Good day Schubossi.

 

Please be aware that the app updates itself every night, so your credit card balances won't appear until that process is complete.

 

It is not always the case; sometimes it is, but you may not always be able to see your credit card account information.

 

If this problem persists, please contact us at SBSA.askstandardbank.co.za and we will investigate.

Whilst loading a beneficiary - my credit card balances were zeroed. Initially, earlier i had a substantial available amount.
No recent transactions available to view.
No error message.
Zeroes on online banking and on app.
