Im trying to make an EFT using Mobile App but Since yesterday I get the Technical error 5002 please try again later when I press Done

Could I kindly ask that you forward your Standard Bank ID (email address registered on app), ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "Technical error 5002 when transferring funds" so that we can escalate to our tech team for further assistance.
