it's a private placement, so no prospectus.

With respect - all invitations/listings must be supported by a prospectus (Raubex also had one), but availability is at the mercy of the book runner.

so why are they both hiding their prospectus? Why a PDF of a PPT and a scanned doc? I am sure they have one somewhere under a pile of papers. Point is that a private placement does not require a mass ditribution of a prospectus, and as such we can offer shares without a prospectus. If these were an IPO that would not be possible.

I think we agree with an undertone of some technical disagreement. Yes, the propectus is for private eyes only.
