ACL ... quality or " toxic waste"

ACL is down from the R265 to 85 andn still going lower. Looks like it should get to some where between R40- R60 per share. It will be a good buy at these levels, the PE is ridiculuos at 2.8. Wait another month or so and it could make some good returns. After all uncle Mittal will not let this go bust as he has had about 50% of his wealth wiped out lately
