Abil looks to buy Ellarines

This looks like a fantastic deal, for ellarines there is a 40% premium and for the abil it just bought itself an incentavised branch network. What do you guys think?

yes looks good, ellerines sales are probably 80% on book which is just up abils specialised alley.
