Retail data does not seem strong enough to push U.S futures market through the strong resistance. Would be weary of inventory data at 16:00 and market opening at 16:30. Retail sales together with another piece of positive data could push the market through. I would prefer bearish news right now cos as far as the daily S&P chart looks, this is a very attractive level to short.

Shorted S&P sep futures at 1125 with stop at 1132. Dont know if I am getting in the way of a upward freight train, but this resistance is just too good to ignore.
