How could you possibly reduce your bid price by over R1bn????? Not possible! Also, after you have paid for all your materials, labour, sub-contractors fees and have amortised interest and earnings over a three year period, what is actually going to hit your bottom line?

Apparently they reduced the quality of the proposed stadiums, marble tops, etc.
