Any toughts on Mustek - (MST)

Why is this share taking such a beating? at the same price as Novemeber 1999, good dividend history and is looking cheap at current price. Any thoughts.

They pinned their hopes on the new vista line hopping it would be as big as windows it failed very badly,now they are just treading water..........
