Charting Packages and EOD Downloads

Hi all... I just want to know if anyone is using AmiBroker and what they think about it (versus a package like share magic). Also, is the EOD download provided through this website good? Is there a cheaper (free) option out there? Werner

Note: i am talking about the EOD download from InvestorData (@ R90 / month). I am very new to the investing game and am not investing a lot of money, which means that R90 a month add's up.

Amibroker is good, and probably the best value package available for the price and features. Very flexible and easy to extend with your own code and code you can download. I can't comment on Investor DAta, I use Sharenet.

investordata is about the best there is, Mike ensures the data is clean and accurate with real opening prices.
