Double Top

Is MUR forming a double top? Looks like support of around 75 which if it breaches will confirm a double top. I know nothing about this share so will appreciate any comments/suggestions on the both the technical and the fundamental side on this one. Tx

any company in these markets whose earnings forcasts are based on a 14 times PE multiples have serious downside risk to their shareprice, IMO
