What is the difference between forcast and consensus? and why the divergence? Thanks!

Mummy and daddy reaches consensus that tonight daddy is going to get lucky but in the back of mommy mind she forecast that this will be a 3 min activity. Divergence is forecasted time vs actual time vs dads ego's.
