How Low?

How far down the market is going to sink and then recover? Is this the lowest level or the bottom is still coming. Banks dont look like they will ever recover this year.

Omo but have to wait for oil to come down and int rates to stop going up. The market will tell you when that is going to happen could be close but not there yet.
