Investec plc vs Investec ltd

I am seeing an interesing divergence between the 2 shares when looking at the on balence volume indicator... PLC is rising very smartly despite the falling price but the LTD's OBV is falling...any useful comments on this would be appreciated.

I have been waiting for a close when the plc is higher than the ltd then I am going long. ( don't touch till I die portfolio)

Is PLC now on a 8.6 PE? What gives? Is the market knowing something that I don't?
