If SBK ever goes bankrupt would we be able to close our accounts and get out capital back?? I know some of us will probably make a lot of money shorting it, but would u be able to enjoy it afterwards.

As far as I know your money is in a JSE trust account and is insured. So you wouldn't lose anything.

Mate, if they braugt back chris big pockets STALS then yes a BANKCORP bail out would be possible based on the precedent therein!! but it wont happen, we can get lots of money with small print on the back "made in china" , china. Might worth keepin a eye on that bank we partly own over there!!
