Hi Being very new to trading - like last week . Is there anyone out there who can explain to me how the last day to trade works . What does 13 July meant . Can I still acquire more shares in the interim and still qualify for the full benefit of the special dividend . Thanks PixyD

Divi on Friday the 13th! Sure hope there is no significance to that as in for eg.a 45c drop on Monday.

Actually the calculationis 25.5c/.6 = 42.5c to break even. Anyway - they tend to fall more than that - especially if they are little trading stocks and cross technical points due to the dividend.

Me thinks this share still has got some legs. I'll be watching closely until 13 July.

Some quite trading in this share since after the announcement. It's going to be interesting to see what the price will be on LDT - 13 July.
