How long will the MTN take to finalise? All looks positive so far and feel theres lots of value here but timelines would be very helpful

Clarity. Even if/after they come to an agreement there is lot of regulatory and shareholder hoops they must jump through. This deal is all but straightforward.

Thanks, by then it will be too late - The up side is still quite big IMHO

Noticed that none of the analysts mention anything about the dilution of MTN nav per share to the value of about 25%
