Global IT giant Microsoft Corporation plans to acquire approximately 12% of the issued share capital of Blue Label Telecoms (BlueTel, BLU) by way of a purchase and subscription for shares in the forthcoming listing of the South African telecommunications services company. Any views on this one will list on the 14th November.
