Price streamer data.

To the guys who use the Standard Bank price streamer. Do you have ANY idea how many megabytes of data are used per hour or per day while the streamer is on. Why I ask is because I use a HSDPA modem some of the time. (Not the cheapest way to be on line - pay per meg). And was wondering what the data costs would be to run the streamer? Cheers.

Don't ask for too much now... nope no idea sorry but would imagine no more than a couple of megs a day.

It is actually quite a lot of data. I used NetMeter to measure the data used and it is about 1mb every 5min.

My average usage a day runs into early 40mb when running streamer the whole day. Only use email and internet moderately during the day so bulk of usage comes from streamer.

You can say that again! Thats like a gig a month!

Yep, since running streamer most of the days Ive broken a gig a month on hsdpa since Feb. Of course windows auto download etc doesn't help but it's a necessity, right?
