Question mark and black square box

Why is there a Question mark on my Amounts with in a black square box in the back ground? Is there any body who can tell me the reason and what to do

On the thousands seperator?
Also have it - suspect it's because of firefox - not sure if they officially support firefox?

Using Chrome on XP. Same thing A_A¿A½ in Market Info but not in Portfolio.
