Quotes bank balance

I see the quotes bank only shows the 1000 for this month. Nothing caried over from last month. Is this the rule with the new fin year or a mistake?

it does carry over, but the system resets to 1000c on the first of every month and then will add the carry over (to a max of R100) this evening.
