RLO - is the time NOW?

Hi all, I'm new here (and rel new to trading). Just want to know if anyone else is looking at Reunert? Volumes up since mid sept - trend has reversed but RSI has not dropped below 30 and MACD shows buy but is above zero. With Eskom and other capital projects one would think and upward move is due, but I'm not sure if the current up is sustainable. Any thoughts most appreciated.
