There is a market rate for management - but there are better managers than others and that is why I am prepared to pay more here - because the objectives of the company align with mine in this instance - diversified long term wealth creation. You can buy a timex ( perfectly good watch ) or you can buy a rolex - built to last - and lots of second generation ones being worn. I suspect that the dividend will be a game changer - even if its a typical miserly Rupert one - and the share price could see some upside.
