Quik question, if one looks that the volumes to buy a share on a specific day and the volumes to sell, and the volume to buy at that perticular time is more than the volume to sell, then in theory there is more demand and the price should move up until the volumes change conversely ? Is my logic correct ?

logic is correct, within the information you have. Firstly it can change very quickly, secondly sellers or buyers may not be in the market, rather waiting on the side lines to trade at market.
