The Eqstra offer of 60 cents a share that was turned down doesn't look so bad now?

Here is the sens from 1 August last year (no comment!): 1. Termination of the offer by Eqstra Protech shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement by Eqstra released on 1 August 2013, wherein Eqstra announced that its general offer to Protech shareholders has lapsed. â??Protech welcomes the termination of the Eqstra offer. The management team of Protech look forward to refocusing all of our energies on unlocking Protechâ??s potential and repeat our commitment to delivering on Protechâ??s turnaround strategy.â? commented Antony Page, Protechâ??s Chief Executive Officer.

Good for those greedy Shareholders that believed in Mr Antony Page's bullSh!$ and did not support the Eqstra 60c offer!! the interim results were con*****ted to try and display a recovery and it does not take a rocket scientist to realise this!! Eqstra CEO di say at the stage of PKH board calling his offer "unfair and unreasonable" that they were trading recklessly and I certainly hope the new board has the guts to get the PKH X'Board and CEO to be brought to justice ..... but lets not forget PWC who did the "unfair and Unresonable"
