buying gold overseas

I have some pounds cash in an offshore account in the UK that I want to use to purchase gold. Any tips on how to do this? Don't want to bring the cash back into SA

www.kitco.com... transfer money from UK bank to a Kitco account and then you can buy either physical or virtual precious metals. They will also buy back as well. Just need to watch out on the handling charges

You could open an account at the UK-based http://www.igindex.com/ and buy or sell CFD's on GLD (New Gold Issuer Ltd)

hows about I give you my gold coins and you give me your pounds... seriously, why would you want to trade your pounds for gold?
