Anyone else having any problems placing futures trades?

yes , and i cant get them to take a phone call trade either - there are positions i need to close ! OST please call me ....

We are experiencing a problem displaying available SSF's for trade when searching from the underlying share code page.

When looking to trade a specific SSF, select:
Find or trade a SSF's > List all
This will display a list of all available SSF's.
Make your selection from there.
