Sometimes the price does not reflect what is happening or going to happen - as it did with this share. The EC plan is starting to come together - it will be a long hard road to completion though - and the nature of the income growth prospects are STILL unclear to me - but this has been a great buy...so far

The dolphin has it ! I see only buys -but I think this is at a plateau price -no more good news for a while - and one should see this retreating in the next3 months or so?
