If the instant money pin was not shared with the incorrect number, then the voucher is still valid.

 

They can either cancel the voucher or log into the app and provide you with the voucher number.

 

To get that information, please follow the steps below:

  • Open and sign into the Standard Bank app.
  • Click transact,
  • Select send,
  • Select Manage Vouchers.

If you did not receive the money once the voucher was cashed out, call our team at 0860 466 639 to get in touch.

Can you help!

The sender sent the money to the wrong person's account thinking he was making instant money and made a mistake on recepient number, entered a wrong number which led to a money ends up to a wrong person, so he received a number with 9 digits, how can that be fixed?
