Activation of checque account

My checque account card waa recently delivered to me at home, do i need to go to a branch to activate it? Because its not working at all

Thank you for reaching out to us.

 

If this was a replacement card, it should be easily accessible for use. Your ATM pin can be found in the mobile app and by calling 0860 123 000, option 2.

 

If this was a new card that had not previously been linked to your mobile app,

 

To activate it and obtain your ATM pin, you may need to visit your nearest branch with your ID book and bank card.
