Should the account number not exist, the funds should be credited back into your account. Alternatively, please call customer care on 0860 123 000 or forward your proof of payment (obtained from Internet Banking), account details, ID number and contact details to
[email protected] with the subject line "Transfer to incorrect account number" so that we can look into this matter and assist you further.
