I am over in the UK for a long-term stay. I used my credit card for a purchase and entered the wrong pin. The card PIN has now been blocked. Who can give me A DIRECT, REAL PERSON's email address at Standard Card Division to resolve my issue? I have spent at least an hour on the phone in various attempts to contact them through their CALL CENTRES but being put on hold when someone finally answers, or being transferred to another extension that nobody answers has got me somewhat irate!!! Getting told by the Social Media manager to sort it out at a branch WHEN I GET BACK simply does not work. The call centres are ABSOLUTELY USELESS, and I feel that there is absolutely NO WILL to want to assist. I NEED my credit card to make payments and purchases.
