Dear Fana Your response that we should contact Canal Walk branch directly is not helpful, as three pages of this thread clearly indicate that none of us can contact the branch as the phone numbers are unanswered or unavailable. Thisis an issue that has remainedunresolved since the threadstarted in 2022. It is now 2024. Completely unacceptable. We are stuck in this loop as once you have paid, you cannot change the form and are tied into the bank from the last century - Standard Bank. My husband went through FNB and had NO ISSUES. Please give a satisfactory answer as to how this is being resolved or addressed.
