I have been trying for the last three days to get through to department to log a claim re my geyser (leaking). I have spoken to so many consultants and they put me on hold forever. i have left so manyu call me backs and until now no-one phoned as yet. I even downloaded the app and when I get to the one time pin it logs me out (did this numerous times) I spoke to a consultant who promised that the Team Leader phoned after I mentioned everything (as above) and still waiting. Then I tried again - and still no luck - what more can I do
