I cannot make payments. I am not in South Africa so any of your corrective actions (SMSs and calls) do not work for me. Before I left South Africa I made it clear that I would be overseas for a while. Please could someone reach out ASAP to correct. Just as an aside: the error code appears on the beneficiary section which makes it look like their card has been noted as invalid. This could use improved UX to make the error more clear.
