I am currently unemployed and have emailed all required documents to Standard bank as well as its Underwriters so that I can claim and activate the policy. And also, so that the debit order is not deducted from my current account. However, despite my emails querying approval of the claim, nobody saw it fit to answer any of my emails. I cannot call as I do not have funds to purchase airtime. Not surprisingly, Standard bank has deducted my credit card debit order today, from my current account. This is like kicking a person that is already lying on the floor. Could someone make the time to provide me with an immediate refund - I cannot wait a few days for a refund due to your refund policy, because this is due to an error on your part : you deducted my funds immediately, and funds which I require to feed my family. I await your urgent confirmation of my refund.
