Hello, I've just spent three months trying to make a booking, going on every day, & finally I got a slot today! Just be tenacious, & keep going online, until you get a slot. Good luck : D

Good afternoon, @SharonK.

We appreciate you reaching out to us.

ID and passport applications are processed on the home affairs website.

We only facilitate the payment process, and then you visit any of our participating branches for biometrics and collection.

Once the application has been initiated at dha.gov.za,.

You need to subscribe first before you can make payments to DHA.

Here's how:

  • Log in to internet banking.
  • Click on Transact.
  • Under Pay, click My Bills.
  • Confirm the T's and C's by accepting
  • Search for DHA and subscribe before processing a payment.
  • Then process a payment.

The bank branches are also listed on the website.

You can check 2–4 weeks in advance for available dates.

Please let us know if you still require further assistance.

Kind regards,
Standard Bank Team.

Good morning,

Hope you are well.

I applied online for my step-daughters First ID on 28 February 2024, uploaded her Birth Certificate and my partners ID and see on the DHA page that the bank acknowledgement's been received (been with Standard for almost 30 years).

However, I cannot make a booking at Standard Bank Century City, as it keeps saying "Booking not available". Please help!

Thank you.

Regards

Sharon
