Thank you for getting in touch.

To make payments to your credit card using the app, please search for Standard Bank Card under the search directory. Once added, you will use your 16-digit card number as a reference number.

Alternatively, you can call us at 0860 123 000, options 3 and 3, and request that your accounts be linked so you can transfer funds between them.

Good afternoon,

I have been struggeling to pay my credit card from my banking app because my app does not show me or give me the option to pay my credit card. I have been to my branch a couple of times but it is still not fixed. If there is anyone who can please assit me that would be wonderful.
