Credit Card balance is zero from last 3 days.. is there any issue. I lost a service attached

On credit score the balance show 0.00

Hi Team,

Is there any issue running with the Credit card system. My balances are zero. Even I have to pay R600 but all accounts are zero. Because of this I  lost a third party service. Need urgent help. Please call me or mail me.
