Hi an internet payment from fnb account was made yesterday but does not reflect on my account as yet please advise?

Hello @Jakesbb101,

 

Please be advised that EFT payments normally take 2 to 3 business days to reflect unless the immediate payment feature was used. Kindly note that weekends and public holidays do not qualify as business days hence this could be the reason why the funds have not reflected. Should the funds not reflect today or tomorrow, kindly contact us on 0860 123 000 or forward a mail with your account details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "delayed EFT" so that we can urgently look into this matter and assist you further.
