PAYMENT FROM FNB NOT REFLECTING

I have been waiting since Saturday for the payment to reflect and I'm still waiting. Why does it take so long for Standard Bank to clear payments?

I did an EFT payment from my FNB account to my Standard Bank account yesterday morning 08:40 and the money is still not reflecting. I have a proof of payment that shows that the payment went through successfully, but it is still not showing in my account. I also used the pay and clear option from FNB which means the payment should have reflected immediately. I have phoned FNB and it shows on their side that it went through. What is going on? I have been holding on the line for 45 minutes for Standard Bank now...
