I'm trying to log in to re-apply on an existing student loan account for an amount for the 2019 academic year, yet no e-mail forthcoming on the 'forgot password' link.
I have two student loans, one's notification worked perfectly, I applied for an amount and it has already been provsionally approved, but I'm struggling with the other one,
Can someone from Standard Bank please let me know what is the issue, or am I doing something wrong? The tertiary institution already wants payment by the end of March, running out of time but technology is letting me down.
PLEASE HELP!
